Your system has failed and you're replacing it
A cracked heat exchanger, a dead compressor, a major refrigerant leak. Duke has a specific rebate track for failure replacements because the energy savings still count, even when the replacement isn't optional.

Rebate amounts and qualifications are set by Duke Energy, not by First Class, and are current as of August 2025. They can change at any time. Final eligibility is determined by Duke during application review. See the program on Duke Energy's site

We pull the AHRI match and specs
Duke requires an AHRI-certified equipment match and proof of model + serial. We attach all of that to the rebate application.
We file within Duke's window
Rebate applications must be submitted within Duke's program deadline after install. We file it for you, no chasing forms on your end.
Rebate goes to you
Once approved, Duke sends you a check or a credit on your bill, typically within 6 to 8 weeks of approval.
