  • Replaced a failed emergency drain pan and rerouted drain line, off Sandpine Way, Greer, SC. The emergency drain pan under this air handler had failed, so we shut the system down, disconnected the drain lines, and lifted the unit off to pull the old pan. We set a new pan sized to the unit, leveled it, and reset the air handler so condensate drains properly. We reconnected the primary drain, tested the float switch on the new pan, ran the system, and checked every joint for leaks before confirming both drains were flowing.
  • Checked out an aging R-22 heat pump in Greer, off De Kalb Drive, Greer, SC. Found this heat pump still running but a bit low on refrigerant.
